Along with the Law on Electronic Transactions 2005, Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP, Decree No. 85/2021/ND-CP, Circular No. 01/2022/TT-BCT dated January 18, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , in 2022, people and businesses will be able to use e-contracts with the certification of e-contract authentication service providers registered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (CeCA).
